At Ross Hogno Constructions we approach every project as an opportunity to partner with the client to see their dream realised.  Either with your plans or as a design and construct journey. The design and construct journey is one of the most exciting aspects of building your new home or undertaking a project.  It is the chance to bring all of your ideas to the table and see it formed up into a working design. 

There is rarely ever one way to approach the design and building of your new home or project and so, we partner with you to discuss and determine which approach will suit you best. 

Our initial discussion will often take place onsite- at your block, premises, office or at a location of your choosing.  We use this opportunity to survey the site, oftentimes giving you immediate feedback on the practical matters to consider in your thinking.  If you like what you hear and would like to progress further we may ask you to enter a preliminary agreement which covers the cost of us having the project sketched by a designer and any preliminary surveying or engineering.  With the completion of this we can provide you with pricing to further guide your decision making and proceed to plans and subsequently on approval, contract to begin the building process.
